He was one of the first biomedical engineer in Kerala to setup a manufacturing unit for medical devices. His hands-on approach to R&D and product development continues to drive the company’s technological leadership. He is focused on developing a strong export footprint for Ibis Medical and expanding its reach globally.
Director, Business Operations
With a strong background in business development and strategic growth, Santosh joined Ibis Medical to scale operations and strengthen market presence. He has been instrumental in building trusted partnerships across India. He also oversees the daily business operations and maintaining the ISO and CDSCO regulatory frameworks.

Anitha oversees the company’s finance, administration, and human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations and financial stability. Her structured approach and attention to detail play a vital role in supporting Ibis Medical’s long-term growth and organizational health.
